Inclusion on counselling directory

Go to the join us page for more details of submitting your details to us.

After sending your request, you will receive further instructions on payment if you are applying to be included as a counselling therapist. If applying for trainee, you will be automatically included in the directory.

We reserve the right to modify or reject the information or the whole application you have submitted to us. Any modifications or rejections will be communicated via electronic means.

Advertising for third party companies

In under no circumstances shall the therapist in question submit to us details about including third party companies or contacts into their profiles that may include but not limited to private clinics and private practises affiliated to private clinics. For example, if you are a therapist that is the sole owner or work for a private clinic, you may not include statements that are related to that private clinic. If owners from such clinics are interested in advertising with us, please send us an email so that provisions can be made for advertising outside the directory.

Privacy policy

It is our policy that none of the data that we receive either in electronic, verbal or written format will be divulged or sold to other third party companies.

Server availability

Due to maintaining low IT administration costs now and in the future, the hosting of this website is based locally in Gibraltar private premises. Though downtimes is inevitable in any IT scenario, we will try to maintain the server in good working order, there may be times that the server may be down due to fault, repair, scheduled maintenance, IP refresh or scaling. If there is a downtime, we will try to reduce these downtimes as much as possible to maintain a smooth running of the service.

Server monitoring

Our webserver is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and any monitoring that is involved will be in analysing file usage, security and marketing. This will provide a means on how to improve our services to the public and the therapists involved. At the therapists request via email, he/she may ask for the total of page hits on his/her profile at any time. This free service is only offered 3 times a year so to avoid abuse.

Changes to our terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions as we feel necessary in order to improve the service offered to the therapists included in our directory.

Upgrading from trainee to fully qualified status

The therapist in question has the responsibility of informing us whenever he/she is a fully trained counselling therapist or practising therapist. Failure to comply will result in his/her profile being removed without further notice.

Right of admission is reserved

We reserve the right of admission for therapists applying to be included in our directory.
